Our secure payment with SSL

We guarantee that every transaction made on pilonatic.com is secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment: our website uses an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, so all the information you send us travels encrypted across the network.

Your card details are not recorded on our website: card payments are processed directly through the Stripe and PayPal payment platforms.

Payment methods available

When finalizing your order, you can choose from the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD…), through Stripe or PayPal, without needing a PayPal account.
• PayPal, including the option to payment in 3 installments.
• Trustly, direct payment from your bank.
• Bizum, indicating your order number.
• Bank Transferusing the order number as a reference. The order is shipped once the payment has been received in our account.

Some payment methods may incur a surcharge, which is clearly indicated next to each option on the payment page before confirming the order.

When paying by card, you will be asked for your card number, expiry date, and security code (CVV), the three digits printed on the back of your card. Depending on your bank, you may also be asked for additional verification (for example, a code on your mobile phone or confirmation in your bank's app), which provides further security for the transaction.

PayPal

PayPal is an electronic payment system with the advantage that you don't need to enter your card details on our website, as PayPal acts as a payment gateway between your bank and the merchant. PayPal is widely used by individuals around the world for their personal transactions.
